Tafseer Al-Imam Al-Askari (Pbuh) Book: He (Pbuh) reported from his forefathers (Pbut) from Ameer Elmo’mineen (Pbuh) that he said: ” Allah gave the opening of the book for Mohammad (Pbuhp) and his nation. He started it with thanking and praising Him, then added supplicating Allah. I heard the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) say: ” Allah said: “I divided Al-Fatiha upon Me and My servant. Have of it is for me and the other half is for him. To my servant I shall give what he asks for.”
When a servant says: “In the name of Allah The Most Merciful The Most Gracious” Allah says: “My servant started with my name. He has the right that I fulfill his matters and bless his conditions.”
When he says: “Thanks for Allah Lord of all realms.” Allah says: “My servant thanked me and knew that the bounties he has are from me and the afflictions were cleared away from him by me. Bear witness that I will grant him the bounties of the hereafter added to that of Donia and I will clear away the afflictions of the hereafter as I did to that of Donia.”
The Completion of the narration that is in Oyoun Al-Ghurar Book-
When he says: “The Most Gracious The Most Merciful” Allah says: ” He admitted that I’m The Most Gracious The Most Merciful. Bear witness that I grant him a portion from my mercy and my givings.”
When he says: “Master of the Day of Judgment” Allah says: “Bear witness. As he admitted that I’m the master of Judgment Day, I will ease his judgment on Judgment Day. I will accept his righteous deeds and remit his sins.”
When he says: “You do we worship” Allah says: “My servant is honest. He worships me. I will reward him for his worship with a reward because of which all who opposed him in worshiping me will envy him.”
When he says: “You do we seek aid” Allah says: ” My servant has sought aid and refuge with Me. Bear witness that I will help him in his matters and aid him in his hard ones and succor him in his calamities.”
When he says: “Guide us to the straight way # The way of those on whom You hast bestowed Your Grace # those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray” Allah says: “This is for my servant and my servant will have what he asked for. I responded to his plea, gave him what he asked for and protected him from what he fears.””
Ibn Babawaih states in Thawab Al-A’amal Book: Suleiman bin Khalid reported from Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) that he said: “He who recites Al-‘Adiyat Chapter constantly, Allah will resurrect with being with Ameer Elmo’mineen (Pbuh) among his companions in his cell.”
Al-Tabarsi states in Majma’ Al-Bayan Book The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “He who recites Al-‘Adiyat Chapter shall be given ten righteous deeds multiplied by the count of who slept in Muzdalifa.”
Khawas Al-Quran Book The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “He who recites Al-‘Adiyat Chapter shall be rewarded as if he recited the entire Quran. He who recites it constantly and he had many debts, Allah aids him to pay them whoever he is.”
Khawas Al-Quran Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: ” He who recites it in his night prayer is considered to have recite half of Quran .He who recites it constantly and he had many debts, Allah aids him to pay them quickly.”
Khawas Al-Quran Book: Imam Sadiq (Pbuh) said: “reciting it for a man who has fears, clears all his fears. Reciting it for the hungry clears his hunger. He who recites it constantly and he had many debts, Allah aids him to pay them.”
Ibn Babawaih states in Thawab Al-A’amal Book Dawood bin Farqad reported from Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) that he said: “Recite Al-Fajr Chapter in your prayers for it is the chapter of Al-Hussein Bin Ali (Pbut). He who recites it shall be with Al-Hussein (Pbuh) on Resurrection Day in his rank in heave. Allah is exalted in Honor and Wisdom.”
Al-Tabrasi states in Majma’ Al-Bayan Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “He who recites Al-Fajr for ten consecutive nights, Allah forgives him. It is light on Resurrection Day for the ones who recite it every day.”
Khawas Al-Quran Book The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “He who recites this chapter, Allah remits sins for each time he recites it and gives him light on Resurrection Day. He who writes it and attaches it to his waist then mates with his wife, Allah shall grant him a boy who relieves his soul.”
Mohammad bin Ali bin Al-Hussein states in Thawab Al-A’amal Book: Abou Baseer reported from Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) that he said: “For he who recites Al-Kawthar Chapter in all his prayers, Allah shall water him from Al-Kawthar on Resurrection Day. He will be next to the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) at the root of Touba Tree.”
Al-Tabrasi states in Majma’a Al-Bayan Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) that he said: “For he who recites Al-Kawthar Chapter, Allah shall water him from the rivers of heaven. He will be rewarded the rewards of all the sacrifices that the servants offered and will offer on feasts, either people of holy books or polytheists.”
Al-Qotob Al-Rawandy states in Lub Al-Albab Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: ” For he who recites Al-Kawthar Chapter, Allah shall water him from the rivers of heaven. He will be rewarded the rewards of ten righteous deed multiplied by the count of all the sacrifices that the servants offered and will offer on the day of sacrifice.”
Al-Qotob Al-Rawandy states in Lub Al-Albab Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: ” Reciting it is equivalent to one quarter of Quran. Reciting it four times is equivalent to reciting all of Quran.”
Khawas Al-Quran: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: ” For he who recites Al-Kawthar Chapter, Allah shall water him from the rivers of heaven. He who recites it one hundred times on Friday eve will see the Prophet (Pbuhp) in his dreams.”
Khawas Al-Quran: Imam Sadiq (Pbuh) said: ” He who recites it after a prayer after midnight of a Friday eve one thousand times will see the prophet (Pbuhp) in his dreams.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kuleini states in Al-Kafi Book: Abdellah bin Sinan reported from Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) that he said: “For he who recites Al-Kafiroun and Al-Tawheed chapters before he goes to bed, Allah will write him a clearance from polytheism.”
Ibn Babawaih states in Thawab Al-A’amal Book: Al-Hussein bin Abi Al-Alaa reported from Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) that he said: “For he who recites Al-Kafiroun and Al-Tawheed chapters in a regular prayer, he and his parents are forgiven. If he was meant to be miserable, his name is erased from among the miserable and written among the happy. Allah will make him live happily, die as a martyr and be resurrected as a martyr.”
Al-Tabrasi states in Majma’ Al-Bayan Book: Obei reported that he said to the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp): “I came to you so that you teach me something that I would say when I sleep.” He (Pbuhp) said: “When you go to your bed recite Al-Kafiroun Chapter and sleep at its end for it is a clearance from polytheism.”
Khawas Al-Quran Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “For he who recites this chapter Allah will reward him as he recited one quarter of Quran. Demons never harm him and he will be saved from the horror of Resurrection Day. He who recites it before sleep shall never be harmed by anything during his sleep so teach it to your boys. He who recites it at dawn fifteen time and asks for what he wants for his life in Donia and the Hereafter Allah will respond to him unless what he asked for is a sin.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kuleini states in Al-Kafi Book: Sudeir reported from Imam Abou Jaa’far (Pbuh) that he said: “Al-Mulk Chapter is immunity. It prevents torment in the grave. It is also written in Al-Tawrat Book as Al-Mulk Chapter. He who recites it in a night shall stay in goodness and he shall never be unaware. I bow reciting it after the night prayer when sitting. My father (Pbuh) used to recites each day and night. For he who recites it, when Ankar and Nakeer come to him from the side of his legs in his grave, his legs will say to them: “You have no way through here. This servant used to stand on me and recite Al-Mulk Chapter every day and night. If they came to him from the side of his abdomen, it will say to them: ” You have no way through here. This servant made me perceive Al-Mulk Chapter.” If they came from the side of his tongue, it will say to them: ” You have no way through here. This servant used to recite by me Al-Mulk Chapter every day and night.”
Ibn Babawaih states in Thawab Al-A’amal Book: Abou Baseer reported that Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) said: “He who recites Al-Mulk Chapter in a regular prayer before he sleeps shall be in the safety of Allah till the morning and in His safety on Resurrection Day till he goes to heaven.”
Al-Tabrasi states in Majma’ Al-Bayan Book: Ibn Abbas reported from the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) that he said: “I would love that Al-Mulk Chapter is in the heart of every believer.”
Al-Tabrasi states in Majma’ Al-Bayan Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: ” He who recites Al-Mulk Chapter is as if he worshiped all nightlong in the Night of Fate.”
Ibn Abi Al-Jumhur states in Durar Al-La’aly Book: Tawoos reported that the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “He who recites Al-Sajda and Al-Mulk Chapters in a night is rewarded as if he worshiped all nightlong in the Night of Fate.”
Khawas Al-Quran Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “He who recites this chapter that is the savior in the grave is rewarded as if he worshiped all nightlong in the Night of Fate. For he who memorizes it, it shall relief his soul in the grave. It shall save him from every torment in the grave. It shall protect him till he is resurrected. It shall intercede for him before its Lord and brings him close till it escorts him to heaven being safe from loneliness and aloneness in his grave.”
Ibn Babawaih states in Thawab Al-A’amal Book: Karram Al-Khathamy reported that Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuhp) said: “He who recites Al-Nasr Chapter in a regular or voluntary prayer, Allah will grant him victory over all his enemies. On Resurrection Day he will come carrying a speaking book that Allah took from inside his grave. It includes provides safety from the bridge of hell and from fire and its flames. On Resurrection Day, everything that he passes by will give him glad tidings of heaven till he reaches heaven. In Donia, every chance of good is opened for him; chances that didn’t wish for or think of.”
Foqoh Al-Imam Al-Rida (Pbuh) Book: Imam Rida (Pbuh) said: “He who recites Al-Nasr Chapter in all his prayers, Allah shall grant him victory over all his enemies and free him of burdens.”
Al-Qotob Al-Rawandy states in Lub Al-Albab Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “He who recited Al-Nasr Chapter is rewarded as if he participated in the conquest of Makka under the lead of the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp).”
Khawas Al-Quran Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: ” He who recited Al-Nasr Chapter is rewarded as if he participated in the conquest of Makka under the lead of the Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp). His prayer is accepted in the best acceptance for he who recites it in his prayer after Al-Fatiha Chapter.”
Khawas Al-Quran Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: ” His prayer is accepted in the best acceptance for he who recites it in his prayer.”
Khawas Al-Quran Book: Imam Sadiq (Pbuh) said: “He who recites it after each prayer seven times, his prayer will be accepted in the best acceptance.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kulaini states in Al-Kafi Book: Saif bin Omeira reported from a man from Imam Abou Jaa’far (Pbuh) that he said: “Reciting Al-Qadr Chapter with a loud voice is like unsheathing the sword in the cause of Allah. Reciting it with low voice is equivalent to having one’s blood spilled in the cause of Allah. Reciting it ten times remits around one thousand sins.
Al-Sheikh Al-Kulaini states in Al-Kafi Book: Ismaeel bin Sahel said: “I wrote to Imam Abou Jaa’far (Pbuh): “I have great debts.” He wrote back to me: “Ask forgiveness frequently and wet your tongue with reciting Al-Qadr Chapter.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kulaini states in Al-Kafi Book: Abi Amrou Al-Hadhaa’ said: “My conditions were getting worse so I wrote to Imam Abou Jaa’far (Pbuh) complaining about it. He wrote back to me: “Recite Nouh Chapter constantly.” I kept of reciting it for a year and yet my conditions weren’t getting any better. Thus, I wrote to him telling him about this and that I recited Nouh Chapter for one year as he (Pbuh) ordered me to and yet my conditions didn’t change for better. He (Pbuh) wrote to me: “You finished the first year. Now start reciting Al-Qadr Chapter.” I did and my conditions were changed for the best. Ibn Abi Dawood sent me money and paid by debts and provided livelihood for me and my family. He sent me to Basra and made me the delegate of his business there and gave me five hundred Dirhams.” Then I wrote to Imam Abou Al-Hassan (Pbuh) from Al-Basra by Ali bin Mahzayar: “I asked your father about the matter that I complained for him and I got what I wanted. I would love you to tell me what shall I do with Al-Qadr Chapter. Shall I read only it in my prayers or read other chapters? Is there a limit for working with it?” The Imam (Pbuh) sent back: “Don’t leave any chapter of Quran. Neither the short nor the long. You shall be rewarded for reciting Al-Qadr Chapter in your day and night one hundred times.””
Al-Sheikh Al-Sadouq states in Thawab Al-A’amal Book: Ismaeel bin Sahel said: ” I wrote to Imam Abou Jaa’far (Pbuh) The Second: “Teach me something that I recite so that I be with you in Donia and Hereafter.” The Imam (Pbuh) wrote back to me with his handwriting that I recognized: “Recite Al-Qadr Chapter frequently and wet your lips with asking forgiveness.””
Al-Sheikh Al-Sadouq states in Thawab Al-A’amal Book: Al-Hussein bin Abi Al-Alaa reported that Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) said: “When one recites Al-Qadr Chapter in a regular prayer, a caller will call him: “O servant of Allah, Allah forgave your past, keep on working.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Sadouq states in Al-Amali Book: Al-Hussein bin Yazeed reported that Imam Abou Al-Hassan Moussa Bin Jaa’far (Pbuh) said: “Allah has one thousand bestowments of mercy on each Friday from which He gives his servants as much as he pleases. For he who recites Al-Qadr Chapter one hundred times after the afternoon prayer on Friday, Allah shall give him that thousand a another thousand like it.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Sadouq states in Al-Amali Book: Imam Qadhem (Pbuh) said: “I heard my father saing about a man who was reciting Al-Qadr Chapter: “He is honest. He is forgiven.”
Al-Tabrasi states in Majma’ Al-Bayan Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “He who recites Al-Qadr Chapter is rewarded as if he fasted Ramadan Month and worshiped all nightlong on the night of fate.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Sadiq (Pbuh) said: “The light that walks ahead of the believer is the light of Al-Qadr Chapter.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Sadiq (Pbuh) said: “I’m honest when I say that after any reads Al-Qadr Chapter Allah writes him a clearance from Hell.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: “He who recites it one hundred times on a night shall see heaven before morning.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: “From he who recite Al-Qadr Chapter one thousand times on Monday then one thousand times on Thursday Allah shall created an angel named “The Strong”. His palm is bigger than the seven skies and earths. Allah will create one million hairs in his body and in each hair one thousand tongues by which he speaks with the power of humans and Jinn together. They will ask forgiveness for that man and then Allah will multiply their quests two million times. When Ali (Pbuh) used to see one of his followers, he used to say: “Allah is merciful to the ones who recite Al-Qadr Chapter.””
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: “To everything there is a fruit and the fruit of Quran is Al-Qadr. To everything there is a treasure and the treasure of Quran is Al-Qadr. To everything there is an aid and the aid of the weak is Al-Qadr. To everything there is an ease and the ease of the ones suffering hardness is Al-Qadr. To everything there is an immunity and the immunity of the believers is Al-Qadr. To everything there is a guidance and the guidance of The Righteous ones is Al-Qadr. To everything there is a master and the master of knowledge is Al-Qadr. To everything there are ornaments and the ornaments of Quran are Al-Qadr. To everything there is a tent and the tent of the worshipers is Al-Qadr. To everything there are glad tidings and the glad tidings of creatures is Al-Qadr. To everything there is an argument and the argument after The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) is Al-Qadr so believe in it.” One asked: “How do we believe in it?” He (Pbuh) said: “It is when you believe that it happens every year and everything that descends in it is true.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: “Allah writes in the account of he who recites Al-Qadr a righteous deeds for every atom that is in him.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: ” Allah doesn’t accept that an a hour passes with the name of he who recites Al-Qadr Chapter being mentioned or without sending prayers upon him.
Allah will look at he who recites it before he blinks and He will send mercy upon him.
Allah doesn’t accept that anyone after the prophets and custodians are more honored than the ones who recite Al-Qadr Chapter.
Allah doesn’t accept that his throne and chair are heavier in the balance than the ones who recite it.
Allah doesn’t accept that what are around the chair are greater than his rewards.
Allah doesn’t accept that any of His servants are in a higher rank in His sight than him.
Allah doesn’t accept to be discontent with the one who recites it or discontent him.” One asked “How” He (Pbuh) said: “discontent him with a need he wants.”
Allah doesn’t accept that anyone other than Him writes his rewards or takes his soul.
Allah doesn’t accept that the angels remember he who recites it but with glorification, praise and asking forgiveness.
Allah doesn’t accept that he who recites it sleeps before one thousand angels rubbing themselves against him and guarding him till the morning and another thousand till the evening.
Allah doesn’t accept that any voluntary prayer that Allah inspired him with is better than reciting it.
Allah doesn’t accept that the rewards of people of Quran rise with he who recites it having the same rewards as them.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: “Whenever a servant finishes reciting it, the angels send their prayers upon him for seven days.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: “Al-Qadr Chapter has a tongue and two lips. Allah breathed in it from his soul as He breathed into Adam (pbuh). It is present in the Built House. One thousand angels practice Tawaf around it praising and glorifying it till the evening. It is present in the pillars of the throne. Around every pillar one hundred thousand angels practice Tawaf teaching it till Resurrection Day. It is also present in the treasures of mercy.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: ” Memorizing it is as same as memorizing the entire knowledge.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: “Demons are distracted from the ones who recite it when going and leaving their house.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Abou Jaa’far Al-Jawad (Pbuh) said: “For he who recites Al-Qadr Chapter in a prayer, his prayer is raised accepted to the highest levels. When one supplicates after reciting it, Allah raises his supplication accepted to the Guarded Board and responds to it.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: “For he who recites it eleven times before sleep, Allah shall create a light with the volume of air extended till the veil of Light above the throne. In every level of it there are one thousand angels. Every angel has one thousand tongues. Every tongue knows one thousand languages by which they ask forgiveness for he who recites it.”
Al-Sheikh Al-Kafa’ami states in Al-Janna Al-Waqia Book: Imam Baqir (Pbuh) said: “When one recites it before he sleeps and when he wakes up, his rewards fill the guarded board.”
The two sons of Bistam state in Tob Al-A’imma Book: Mohammad bin Baker Al-Azdi reported from Imam Abou Abdellah (Pbuh) that he said to his companions and followers: “He who is suffering from illness has to bring a new bowl, place water in it and recite Al-Qadr Chapter over it thirty times then drink from it and wash for Wodou from it. He has to put more water whenever he uses water. He is cured from that sickness within three days by the leave of Allah.”
Al-Qotb Al-Rawandy states in Lub Al-Albab Book: Imam Sadiq (Pbuh) said: “He who writes Al-Qadr Chapter and drinks it water shall never be a hypocrite. Drinking its water is as drinking the water of life.”
Khawas Al-Quran Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “Reciting this verse is equivalent to fasting Ramadan Month. Reciting it on the night of fate is equivalent to fighting in the cause of Allah. Reciting it on a door of a store guards it from every harm till his owner takes what is in it.”
Khawas Al-Quran Book: The Messenger of Allah (Pbuhp) said: “He who recites it shall have the greatest of creatures as his companion on Resurrection Day. It cures the one suffering from bell’s palsy when he looks at a new bowl in which it is written.”
